Job description:

If you're looking for work that never feels like work, complete with crazy-good food, beer and wine, then we have the job for you! We're a hardworking group of managers, bartenders, servers, food runners, hosts, bussers and chefs dedicated to serving the best pizzas and pastas in town.

You will be assisting and supporting servers and bartenders throughout their shifts. Support staff and dishwashing positions are perfect stepping stones to get your bearings on a fast-paced high volume environment.

Here's what you'll do:
Busser
  • Support other team members by clearing and resetting tables, restocking, cleaning, etc.
  • Multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms
  • Sense of urgency and ability to move quickly and safely
Dishwasher
  • Keep the restaurant running smoothly by loading, running and unloading the dish machine, while maintaining adequate levels of clean tableware at all times
  • Monitor the dish machine at all times - keep it clean, monitor the wash cycle/chemicals to ensure sanitation and effectiveness, and report any problems immediately
  • Keep the dish room clean and organized, the kitchen floors and dining room hallways mopped and sanitized, and monitor sanitation buckets and production areas
  • Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
  • Follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
You need to be:
Busser
A beast in fast pace environments that is able to multitask. Prioritization is key to be successful! If you're not cleaning tables, you may be restocking dishware. Must be someone who likes to move around. Shifts go by quick and are shorter than other restaurant positions. Once the rush is gone you can get on with your day!

Dishwasher
A neat person who is able to work in a fast paced environment, keeping it clean and running smoothly. You should be comfortable working in our fun, loud environment. You should be capable of standing for long periods of time and able to lift up to 50 pounds. An eye for workplace safety and the ability to work weekends and some holidays are also essential to get the gig.
